So anxiety is real- and it can be stopped.
It is an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, often accompanied by nervous behavior, such as pacing back and forth, somatic complaints and rumination. It is the unpleasant feelings of dread over something unlikely to happen. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, and uneasiness, usually generalized and unfocused as an overreaction to a situation that is only subjectively seen as menacing.
How can this be stopped?
Movement-based relaxation methods incorporate exercise such as walking, gardening, yoga, T'ai chi, Qigong, and more. Some forms of bodywork are helpful in promoting a state of increased relaxation. Examples include massage, acupuncture, the reflexology and self-regulation.
Some relaxation methods can also be used during other activities, for example, autosuggestion and prayer. At least one study has suggested that listening to certain types of music can increase feelings associated with relaxation, such as peacefulness and a sense of ease.
Just remember you are not alone if and when you experience anxiety, it can be temporary and it is stoppable.
