3. Be outside everyday. A small action that connects you to the larger world. It's hard at times, but you feel better after a nice walk or bike rider. You will see nature, and people and well, basically you will see life.
4. Reflect on feelings and happenings as you go through this journey. Journal your feelings/thoughts. Journal honestly about anything and everything. Getting your fears, experiences, hopes and other gamut of feelings out of your mind and onto paper let's you clear your feelings and gives you a tool to reflect on as well as see progress as you go. Written or audio a journal experiences is a must.
